If you are looking for a "wow factor", visit Goat Lake! It is tucked in the Sawtooth Mountains. The near vertical mountains give some of the most pristine views. Although the hike is on the tougher side, you will be rewarded with great fishing, amazing views, and an overall great experience.

Kirk, I also had a hard time finding the trail. In fact, my group got lost and went the long way, around towards Mini Goat Lake. Staying on the trail is vital on this hike. If you are at the waterfall, you are already going the wrong way. Use GPS apps to prevent this problem in the future.
Is this the one above the falls? We had a hard time staying with the trail and never found the trail to the lake.
